Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Paprika (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Paprika is developed and operated by Nemanja Tanaskovic (“we”, “us”, “our”).

Description of Service

Paprika is an AI-powered calorie tracking application that helps users log food intake and track nutritional information. The App uses artificial intelligence to analyze food descriptions and provide estimated calorie and macronutrient breakdowns.

Subscriptions and Payments

Paprika offers a free trial period. After the trial, a paid subscription is required to access premium features.
Subscriptions are managed and billed through the Apple App Store. Pricing may vary by region.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions).
Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policies.

Health Disclaimer

Paprika is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

Calorie and macronutrient data provided by the App are estimates generated by AI and may not be perfectly accurate.
The App is intended for general informational and wellness tracking purposes only.
Do not rely on the App for medical decisions, dietary treatment, or management of any health condition.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional or registered dietitian before making significant dietary changes.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or infrastructure.
Use the App to collect personal information about other users.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the property of Nemanja Tanaskovic and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of nutritional information provided by the App. Use the data at your own discretion and risk.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our interests.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
